Title: FDP on OJT
Description: Khadesh College Education Societies, Jalgaon conducted an OJT Outcome Workshop on 27th September 2025 for all associated institutions. The workshop aimed to provide guidelines and instructions related to the On-the-Job Training (OJT) process and its effective implementation.
Event Objective: To guide all associated institutions about the On-the-Job Training (OJT) process. To explain proper documentation and reporting methods for OJT. To ensure uniform implementation of OJT activities across all colleges.
Event Outcome: Participants understood the objectives and procedures of OJT clearly. Institutions received proper guidelines for conducting and evaluating OJT. Improved coordination and consistency in OJT implementation across institutions.
