Event Objective:
The main aim of the HR Conclave was to expose students to real-world HR practices, strategies in talent acquisition, employee engagement, leadership development, and the role of technology in managing human capital. It also intended to provide networking opportunities and industry exposure, helping students align their academic knowledge with practical business scenarios.
Event Outcome:
