We at IMR believe in the all-round development of the students by conducting a combination of activities in the entire spread of the academic year. ‘Manager’s Day 2024’ was organised by the Management Department on 19th March 2024. It is an inter college management fest for both PG & UG students of management of North Maharashtra region. It was started in the year 2008 and this was the 14th consecutive year that we successfully hosted the event. The registrations for the event was opened a week earlier. The registration fees were Rs. 50/ per participant. Thus, for ENVIVO- The Case Study Competition the registration fees were Rs.100/ per team, for CONQUIZ- The Business Quiz Rs.100/ per team and for the STRATA GAMES- The Team Building Activities Rs. 300/ per team. The student coordinators promoted the event by personally going to all the UG & PG colleges in the NMU region.
Event Objective:
To develop managerial skills and analytical skills, leadership, communication, team building etc. amongst the students which is very much required in today’s dynamic corporate world & business.
Event Outcome:
Students learned to collaborate, communicate and to work in team.
Event PO1:
PO5-Ability to lead themselves and others in the achievement of organizational goals, contributing effectively to a team environment.
