Title: Batch 41 MBA Induction 2026

Description: The fourth day of the MBA Batch 41 Induction Programme focused on industry exposure, career opportunities and corporate expectations from MBA graduates. Mr. Sudip Rane, Managing Director, SP Pharmaceuticals, conducted a session on “Prospects in Pharma Industry for MBAs,” providing students with insights into the pharmaceutical and healthcare sector and opportunities available for management professionals. This was followed by a session on “What Companies Actually Expect from an MBA Graduate” by Mr. Girjesh Saxena, Associate Vice President, Supreme Industries, focusing on the skills, attitude, competencies and professional expectations of organisations from MBA graduates.

Event Objective: To provide MBA students with industry-specific exposure and help them understand career opportunities in the pharmaceutical sector and the skills, competencies, attitude and professional attributes expected by organisations from MBA graduates.

Event Outcome: Students gained insights into career opportunities in the pharmaceutical industry and developed a better understanding of corporate expectations, professional competencies, skills and attitudes required for successful entry into the corporate world.
