Title: Batch 41 MBA Induction 2026

Description: The first day of the Batch 41 MBA Induction Programme commenced with an orientation to the MBA programme and the institute. Dr. Mamta Dahad delivered the Preface of the Induction Programme, followed by Dr. Sandip Ghodke, who provided an introduction to the MBA and MBA Pharma programmes. Prof. Dr. B. V. Pawar, Director, delivered the opening remarks, followed by the opening address by Dr. Mrunalini Fadanvis, Academic Director. Mr. Bharat Amalkar delivered the keynote address, providing students with valuable perspectives on management education and professional development. The session concluded with “Exploring Management Concepts through Cinema,” wherein management concepts were explored through movie-based learning.

Event Objective: To formally orient newly admitted students to the MBA programme and provide them with an understanding of the academic and institutional environment. The programme aimed to introduce students to management education, provide perspectives on professional development through expert interaction, and facilitate experiential learning by relating management concepts to cinematic content.

Event Outcome: Students gained an initial understanding of the MBA and MBA Pharma programmes, institutional expectations and the learning environment. The expert and keynote sessions provided perspectives on management education and professional development. The movie-based learning activity enabled students to identify and relate management concepts with practical situations and real-life contexts.
