Title: Batch 41 MBA Induction 2026

Description: The second day of the Batch 41 MBA Induction Programme focused on career opportunities in the Banking and BFSI sectors along with student engagement and interaction. Ms. Shubhashree Daptari, HR, Jalgaon People’s Co-operative Bank Ltd., conducted a session on “Careers & Internship into Banking Industry,” providing students with insights into career pathways, internship opportunities and professional requirements in the banking sector. Following the session, an Ice Breaking Session was conducted for the students through interactive and engaging activities designed to facilitate introductions, encourage participation and promote interaction among the newly admitted students.

Event Objective: To familiarize students with career and internship opportunities in the Banking and BFSI sectors while creating an interactive and welcoming environment for the newly admitted students. The programme also aimed to encourage student participation, interpersonal interaction and peer engagement through the Ice Breaking Session.

Event Outcome: Students gained insights into career and internship opportunities in the banking sector and developed an understanding of the expectations and realities of BFSI sector employment. The Ice Breaking Session encouraged students to interact with their peers, participate in group activities and develop a sense of familiarity and engagement within the new academic environment.
