Title: Debate Competition

Description: A Debate Competition was organized for BBA and BCA students on 28th July 2026 at 10:00 a.m. in Hall No. 10. The event provided students with a platform to express their views on contemporary topics, develop communication skills, critical thinking, confidence, public speaking, and teamwork. Students participated in teams and presented arguments for and against various thought-provoking topics. The competition encouraged logical thinking, effective communication, and respectful exchange of ideas.

Event Objective: To enhance students’ communication and public speaking skills. To develop critical, logical, and analytical thinking among students. To build confidence and effective presentation skills. To encourage students to express their ideas and opinions clearly and effectively. To develop the ability to listen to and respect opposing viewpoints. To promote teamwork, presence of mind, and constructive discussion. To provide students with a platform to discuss contemporary and thought-provoking issues.

Event Outcome: The Debate Competition provided students with an opportunity to enhance their communication and public speaking skills, develop critical and logical thinking, and express their ideas confidently. Students learned to present arguments effectively, listen to opposing viewpoints, and participate in constructive discussions. The activity also promoted teamwork, confidence, presence of mind, and respectful exchange of opinions among the participants.

We invite all students to participate in this event ?? Competition Rules: 1. Each team must consist of 4 members. 2. Teams will be assigned either as "Proposition" (for the motion) or "Opposition" (against the motion). 3. Each team will get 7 minutes to present their arguments. 4. One member from each team will give a closing statement, summarizing key points. 5. All participants must maintain respectful conduct; personal attacks and offensive language are strictly prohibited. 6. Time limits must be strictly followed; exceeding time may lead to penalties. 7.
