Title: Publishing Reserach Papers

Description: A Research Publication Writing and Journal Publication Support Workshop was organized for students to enhance their research and academic writing skills. The workshop was conducted in online mode and witnessed active participation from students of management department. The main objective was to create awareness about the importance of research and publication in academics and career development. The resource person explained the basic structure of a research paper, including title, abstract, introduction, literature review, methodology, and conclusion. Guidance was given on selecting research topics, identifying research gaps, and conducting effective literature reviews. Students were also introduced to proper citation styles and the importance of originality and plagiarism-free work. The session further covered the journal publication process, selection of reputed journals, indexing, peer-review, and the need to avoid predatory journals. An interactive question-and-answer session helped students clarify their doubts. The workshop was highly informative and motivated students to undertake research and publish their work. The program concluded with a vote of thanks to the resource person and participants.
