In a proactive step towards nurturing future-ready talent, an insightful Employability Skills Workshop was conducted by IBM for MBA and MCA students, blending academic learning with real-world corporate expectations. This specially curated workshop focused on enhancing critical soft skills, digital fluency, and professional readiness among management and computer application students. The sessions, led by industry experts and IBM trainers, offered deep exposure to communication dynamics, collaboration strategies, time and project management, problem-solving frameworks, workplace ethics, adaptability, and the application of emerging technologies in business environments.
Event Objective:
The primary goal of the workshop was to bridge the skill gap between higher education and the corporate world by instilling confidence, competence, and clarity among students. It aimed to help MBA students develop leadership acumen and strategic thinking, while MCA students gained a deeper understanding of how to integrate their technical knowledge with soft skills to meet workplace demands.
