Title: IT Festa

Description: Under the guidance of our Respected Director Prof. Dr. B.V. Pawar, the Department of Computer, KCES’s Institute of Management & Research, Jalgaon has organized two days National Level IT FESTA 2024 on 28th and 29th Feb 2024, with the objective to offer a platform for student to exhibit innovative ideas and showcase technical skills in the field of Computer Science and Application. In this series of events, we have conducted four main activities which are -Software Exhibition, C++ Programming Contest, IT Quiz, and Poster Presentation competitions. A total of 405 entries were received across the four events, demonstrating the widespread participation and interest in IT-Festa 2024. 161 students participated in the IT Quiz Contest and 57 students participated in poster presentations Also 48 students have participated in the Software Exhibition and In C++ Programming Contest 139 students have participated The event was inaugurated by Dr. G.K. Patnaik, Principal of SSBT COET Jalgaon. In his keynote speech, he enlightened the participants with different aspects of Artificial Consciousness. On 1st day of 25th IT FESTA 2024 i.e. 28th Feb 2024 Poster Presentation and IT Quiz Contest were held successfully. Dr. Nita Patil, School of Computer Sciences KBC NMU Jalgaon was judged & given valuable feedback to the participants of Poster Presentation Contest which was organized by Dr. Varsha Pathak and Mr. Uday Chatur. For the IT Quiz Contest, This activity was organized by Mrs. Deepali Kirange and Utkarsha Rane. 2nd day on 29th Feb 2024 CPP and Software Exhibition competitions were held successfully. Mrs.Aarti B. Patil from MGSM SG Patil College, chopda and Mrs. Shubhangi K. Patil Dhanaji Nana Mahavidyalaya Faizpur had judged. C++ event was organized by Mrs. Sahmaela Shaikh. Software Exhibition competitions was organized by Mrs. Rupali Narkehde and Mr. Lokesh kapde. Projects were presented by the participants in the software exhibition. All the events were conducted by the students under the supervision of event coordinators. In all these activities our technical hands Mr. Punaji Patil and Mr. Swapnil Mahajan helped us a lot. Hospitality was looked after well by Miss. Ankita Tiwari and Mrs. Poonam Patil

Event Objective: IT-FESTA 2024 is provide a platform for students from across the country to collaborate, explore and learn amongst their peers and showcase their presentation skills as well as a place where they can exhibit their innovative ideas. Two days IT-FESTA 2024 includes four events like Software Exhibition, C++ Programming contest, Poster Presentation and IT-Quiz.

Event Outcome: The outcomes of IT-FESTA 2024 include: 1. Facilitating collaboration, exploration, and learning among students nationwide. 2. Providing a platform for showcasing presentation skills and innovative ideas. 3. Fostering skill development, knowledge sharing, and inspiration within the IT community. 4. Overall, IT-FESTA 2024 is likely to have a positive impact on participants by providing them with opportunities for learning, skill development, and career advancement in the field of information technology.
