Mind Craft
Description:
KCES’s Institute of Management & Research Jalgaon organized a university level annual event “MINDKRAFT 2024” for the undergraduate students on 30th January, 2024. Two competitions were conducted under Mindkraft-2024: 1) Case study presentation competition, and 2) Business quiz competition. The Business Quiz commenced with Elimination Round. Total 66 teams competed in the elimination round out of which 16 teams were qualified for the first round. The first round for Business Quiz Competition was for Logo Identification wherein the teams were required to identify the logo of various brands. Out of these, 14 teams qualified for the next round i.e. the second round which was of Multiple Choice Question related to business. Only 9 teams qualified for the third round which was for Identification of Tagline of various businesses. Finally, 5 teams qualified for the final round i.e. the 4th round which was for Personality Identification, the teams were required to identify the famous business personalities. The first three winner teams won the cash prize along with the certificate. Also, participation certificate was provided to all the participants. In Case study presentation competition total 42 students were participated which was grouped in to 21 teams, where each team presented their real world business cases with the solutions. The judges for this completion was Mr. Anilkumar Marthi and Mr. Punit Sharma. The Winners of Business Quiz Competition are: 1) First Prize - Rohit Lohar and Jayesh Patil, 2) Second Prize - Minal Patil & Durgesh Vispute, 3) Third Prize - Tejas Sheth & Nirmal Shinde. The Winners of Case Study Presentation Competition are: 1) First Prize - Muskan Ahuja & Netal Varma, 2) Second Prize - Rinku Deore & Anushka Mishra, 3) Third Prize - Harshita Toshniwal & Unnati Bothara.
Event Objective:
The main objective of this event is to foster critical thinking and analytical skills and to improve the decision-making and problem-solving skills of students.
Event Outcome:
In Business Quiz competition total 132 students from different colleges and institutes were participated. In Case study presentation competition total 42 students were participated which was grouped in to 21 teams, where each team presented their real world business cases with the solutions. Students showcase their presentation skill through Case Study presentation and explore their think tank through Business Quiz competition.
