Title: Role Play Activity for BBA (A division)

Description: Role-playing is an excellent way to learn conversation skills. By practicing different scenarios through role-playing, students could improve their ability to communicate effectively in real-life situations allowing them to confront and overcome any fears in social interactions. Students played different types of roles such as customer-service interactions, Career counsellor and students interaction, customer and railway reservation authorities interaction, Employer and Employee interaction and like to gain a broad range of skills.

Event Objective: To learn conversation skills needed in social interactions

Event Outcome: students can improve their ability to communicate effectively in real-life situations.
