Description
According to research, investment in faculty development can lead to improved student grades. Students are able to grasp more of the subject information when more effective teaching tactics are used. Prioritizing faculty development and training is a win-win situation for any educational institution. At IMR we strive at overall development of faculty by conducting various seminars, conferences, faculty development programs.
Event Objective
To promote the professional practices relevant to technical education and to motivate the faculty to achieve competitive teaching and learning environment, thus channelizing development with respect to academic qualifications and personal matters.
Event Outcome
The FDP provided a hands-on experience on re-engineering and fine-tuning the academic processes that improves the quality of the outcome education.
