Examining the practice of identifying best teaching methods, which can ensure incorporation into subsequent year's lessons. We presume that Higher education incorporates 1. Student-Centered Discussions 2. Making Connections 3. Increased Autonomy, 4. Building Relationships, 5. Focus on Literacy. 6. Learning management software modules. Building relationships in the classroom is extremely powerful for students' behavioral and academic success. Teachers can help build relationships by meeting with students and creating team-building projects. In order to equip the teachers with the power to engage, facilitate, and empower the student we need to have a deep insight into higher education and teaching learning management. Adoption and Standardization of teaching learning management can be done by providing pertinent academic work, empirical research findings, and an overview of LMS usage in higher education institutions.
Event Objective:
1. To provide an insight into the challenges faced by the academicians to cope with current technological advancements 2. Emerging and best practices in LMS adoption and usage 3. To identify resources to enhance teaching learning experience of both teachers and students 4. LMS impact studies
Event Outcome:
Faculty interactively participated in the FDP and learned about new technologies for teaching in interactive way. Faculty also gained knowledge about deep learning through simulation technique as well as enhancement of teaching quality for NEP 2020
