Event Objective
1. To provide understanding about innovative teaching learning methods. 2. Develop knowledge and clinical skills required for performing the role of competent and effective teacher, administrator, researcher and mentor. 3. To train & develop all faculties and to upgrade their knowledge and skills which will enable them to prepare syllabus and course module. 4. To provide in depth understanding about teaching pedagogy. 5. Update knowledge using modern information and research methodology tools.
Event Outcome
1. The faculty members will be able to explore innovative methods of teaching and learning. 2. The faculty members will be able to identify upcoming research areas across various specializations & fields of research. 3. The faculty members will be able to come out with quality research work that can be published in reputed journals at national and international level with the guidance of experts. 4. The knowledge acquired from experts will be percolated to the students & ultimately benefit them.
