The induction program comprised of activities like management games, social sensitization, team building activities, corporate guest lectures, and campus orientation sessions. The rationale for induction was to ensure a smooth transition for the students into the academics and Institute environment.
Event Objective:
1.to give proper guidance about the institute to the new MBA students so that they could get a complete and perfect picture of the institution. 2. To aware them about corporate expectations and ways to achieve it. 3. to give insight about Outcome based education and Choice bases credit system curriculum

Mentors-mentee system 4. What corporates expects from MBA students. 5. Management games an team building activities. 6. Importance of Yoga and mediation and how to do it. 7. Maintaining Health and Wellbeing 8. Universal Human Values 9. belief and passion 10. Startup: New trend in Indian Economy 11. Presentation Skills
