Urmila Pashine, an alumnus of IMR, revealed her career graph from IMR to Delhi, California to New York as she unfolded her career journey. These include the McDonald's Douglas Airlines, the San On Offer nuclear power plant, the Gap, the Jaguar Land Rover. She shared with the students her experience of interviewing and giving her own interviews with the students about what the interviewer expects from the freshers in this age of globalization, net age, and drew attention to the Growth Mindset. While working, your emotional intelligence, your clear thinking, your perseverance (grit) is as important as your intelligence. First of all, when you face an interview after leaving college, you need to maintain a good balance of physical and mental condition along with your information and knowledge.
