Title Guest Lecture on IPR

Description The Institute has formed an active Research and Innovation cell with the objective to encourage students and faculty members to carry research based activities and imbibe research attitude. The major focus is to nurture students’ innovative minds so that they can come up with new ideas, share them and receive appropriate mentoring to extend their ideas into productive solutions. It is very important to be aware about protecting the intellectual properties of a person who shares his/her innovative ideas/projects/research work with others. IMR has conducted workshop to spread awareness about the Intellectual Property Right (IPR)

Event Objective 1. To introduce the activities of the research and incubation cell of the institute 2. Major focus is to nurture students’ innovative minds so that they can come up with new ideas, share them and receive appropriate mentoring to extend their ideas into productive solutions

Event Outcome 1.The faculty members and students understood different activities of the research and incubation cell of the institute 2. The attendees could understand different types of IPR and their scope in the research and innovation
